2. Order Processing Time

As our products are Crafted in small batches, All orders are processed within 20-25 days after order confirmation.

Please note:

  • Processing time does not include shipping time.
  • Made-to-order or custom products may require additional production time, which will be clearly mentioned on the product page or communicated to you after order confirmation.
  • Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.

3. Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery timelines are as follows:

    4-6 BUSINESS DAYS after dispatch

Delivery times may vary based on your location, courier partner, and external factors beyond our control.


4. Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are FREE across INDIA.

You can use this information to track your order until delivery.

The Weave Project is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners; however, we will do our best to assist you in tracking and resolving delivery-related concerns.


7. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us due to failed delivery, additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.

Currently, we DO NOT offer international shipping.

If international shipping is available:

  • Customs duties, taxes, or import charges (if any) are the responsibility of the customer.
